Ingredients
- 1 cup (220g) caster sugar
- 1 cup (250ml) lemon juice
- 3 cups (750ml) soda water, chilled
- Place the caster sugar in a saucepan with 1 cup (250ml) water and stir over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Allow to cool. Stir in the lemon juice.
- To serve, top with chilled soda water.
